Services

What Noventra does for you.

Five services, one team. Use them together for a complete, managed route to study abroad, or pick the single one you need.

01

University applications

Shortlisting, applications and offers for foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate study.

Choosing a course is the most consequential decision in the whole process, so we spend the most time on it. We review your transcripts, English level and budget, then produce a written shortlist with entry requirements, fees and a realistic assessment of your chances at each institution.

Once you have chosen, we manage the applications themselves: UCAS for undergraduate study in the UK, direct and portal applications elsewhere, personal statements, references and certified translations. We track every deadline and keep you informed at each stage.

What's included

  • Academic profile review and written shortlist
  • UCAS, portal and direct applications
  • Personal statement and reference guidance
  • Certified translation of transcripts and certificates
  • Offer comparison, acceptance and deposit guidance

Who it's for

School leavers, graduates applying for master's degrees, and students transferring between institutions.

02

English-language courses

General, academic and exam-preparation English at accredited schools in the United Kingdom and Malta.

Whether you need an IELTS score for a university offer, academic English before a degree, or a short course to build confidence, we place you at an accredited school with the right level, class size and schedule.

We arrange placement tests, start dates and accommodation with host families or in residences, and — for courses longer than a visitor stay — the appropriate visa.

What's included

  • School selection from accredited providers
  • General, academic and IELTS preparation courses
  • Pre-sessional English linked to a university offer
  • Host-family or residence accommodation
  • Short-stay and long-stay visa guidance

Who it's for

Students who need to raise their English before a degree, working professionals, and families looking for summer programmes.

03

Visa and documentation guidance

Complete, accurate student visa applications and document checks for every destination we serve.

Most refusals come from incomplete or inconsistent paperwork, not from weak applicants. We give you a document checklist for your destination, review every item, and check that financial evidence, dates and translations match what the institution and the immigration authority expect.

We prepare you for credibility interviews where they apply and track the application until the decision arrives. Noventra is not a law firm: where a case needs a regulated immigration adviser, we say so and refer you.

What's included

  • Destination-specific document checklist
  • Financial evidence and sponsorship letters
  • Certified translation and attestation guidance
  • Credibility interview preparation
  • Application tracking until a decision is issued

Who it's for

Every student we place, and the sponsors and family members supporting them.

04

Scholarship and sponsorship support

Identifying the funding you are eligible for and preparing competitive applications.

Funding changes which offers are realistic. We keep track of institutional scholarships, government schemes such as Türkiye Bursları, and partial fee waivers at partner institutions, and tell you early which ones you qualify for.

For students funded by a government, employer or family sponsor, we prepare the documentation the sponsor requires and liaise with the institution on fee letters, invoices and instalment arrangements.

What's included

  • Eligibility check against current scholarships
  • Scholarship essays and supporting documents
  • Sponsor documentation and fee letters
  • Guidance on instalment and early-payment options where partner institutions offer them
  • Liaison with cultural attachés and sponsoring bodies

Who it's for

Students who need funding to make an offer affordable, and sponsored students who need their paperwork handled properly.

05

Accommodation and pre-arrival support

Housing, travel, insurance and a pre-departure briefing, with support during your first weeks.

Arriving in a new country should be exciting, not stressful. We secure accommodation before you travel — university halls, private residences or host families — and work through the practical details: flights, airport pickup, insurance, bank accounts, SIM cards and registration with local authorities.

Every student receives a pre-departure briefing covering their city, their institution and what the first fortnight looks like. We remain your point of contact after you arrive.

What's included

  • University halls, private residences and host-family placement
  • Flight and airport-transfer arrangements
  • Health insurance and registration requirements
  • Pre-departure briefing for students and families
  • Check-in support during your first weeks

Who it's for

Every student we place, and parents who want to know their child is settled.

Not sure which service you need?

Most students start with a free consultation. We'll tell you what you need, and what you don't.
